We, ESTEEM AUTO PVT LTD, a leading manufacturer of Centrifugally casted WET & DRY CYLINDER LINERS, AIR-COOLED BLOCKS & custom made casting parts for automobile & industrial engines. The company is having an ISO-9001:2008 certificate from the TUV since 2005. Over the last 35 years our production capacity has increased from 4,000 cylinder liners per month to 100,000 currently. The company is having a total working strength of over 270 employees in various divisions having well experienced and technically qualified.

Our range of  Cylinder Liners include BEDFORD, CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, DAF, DETROIT DIESEL, DEUTZ, FIAT/IVECO, FORD, FORDSON MAJOR, HINO, INTERNATIONAL, ISUZU, JOHN DEERE KOMATSU, KUBOTA, LAND ROVER, LEYLAND, LOMBARDINI, MACK, MAN, MAZDA, MERCEDES BENZ, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, NAVISTAR, PERKINS, PEUGEOT, RENAULT, RVI, SCANIA, TATRA, TOYOTA, VOLVO, VOLKSWAGEN, YANMAR. ZETOR etc.  We have developed over 5000 different types of wet and dry cylinder liners and air-cooled blocks for Automobile, Earth Moving, Marine, Generators, Tractors, Compressors, Industrial applications.

Our manufacturing facility is located at Rajkot in India. It consists of three 2 x 300 kg, 1 x 500 Kg and 1 x 900 Kg(Dual Track) Induction Furnaces and a Cupola Furnace. Our total casting capacity is over 800 tons per month. We have proprietary process developed in-house to produce highest quality of centrifugal casting. Our goal at Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd is to ensure the highest quality of our products and to attain that we follow rigorous quality assurance process. We have invested in equipments like various Special Gauges, Spectrometer from Spectromaxx Germany, Plateau Honning Machine, Roughness tester, Profile Projector, metallurgical Microscope, Ferro lab, Slip Gauges, Height Gauge etc. to help our QA team do the best job. On-site Spectrometer helps us maintain our chemical composition for each casting batch conforming to the I.S.S., B.S.S. or ASTM specifications provided by our customers. We also have a state of the art Laser-Marking Machine to facilitate proper part marking & identification.

We believe that the quality of product is the reflection of the process, and we follow the industry best practices for all our manufacturing process. We also allow our customers to fine-tune the process to meet their needs.
